ShinySand ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you request a quote or contact us — including through forms on Facebook and Instagram — how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to shinysand.com and to the lead forms we run on Meta's platforms.

We only collect information you choose to give us when you ask us for a quote or get in touch. This may include:

- Details about the work you're interested in (for example, the area you want coated or sealed, approximate size, timeline, and whether you own your home);

We do not collect sensitive personal information, and our forms are never directed at anyone under the age of majority.
Facebook & Instagram Quote Forms
Some of our advertisements on Facebook and Instagram include an instant "Get a Free Quote" form. When you submit one, Meta Platforms passes the information you entered (such as your name, phone number, and email) to us so we can respond. Meta's own handling of your data is governed by Meta's Privacy Policy. We use the information you submit solely to contact you about the quote you requested.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide to:
- Contact you about the quote or service you requested;
- Prepare an estimate and, if you choose to proceed, schedule and carry out the work;
- Respond to your questions and provide customer service.
By submitting a quote request, you consent to us contacting you about it. We will not add you to a marketing list or send you promotional messages without your separate consent, consistent with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).
